Course Structure
6 weekly live sessions (90 minutes each) + recorded lectures + community forum
Week 1: Pain Is Not What You Think
- The neuroscience of nociception vs. pain
- Why tissue damage ≠ pain experience

Week 2: The Danger-Safety Framework
- How the brain evaluates danger signals (DIMs) and safety signals (SIMs)
